1. Agreement
By purchasing the AI Governance Portfolio Builder from Certified Zone (a product of Certified, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
2. Product Description
Certified Zone provides access to an AI-guided governance portfolio building experience. Upon purchase, you receive 30 days of workspace access to build an AI governance portfolio using four AI agents. Upon completion, you receive a Certificate of Completion, an 8-artifact governance portfolio, and an Executive Slide Deck. All deliverables are digital.
3. What This Is Not
The Certificate of Completion is not an academic degree, professional license, professional certification, or accredited credential. It does not carry ECTS or other academic credits. It does not count toward any degree program. Certified Zone does not guarantee employment, job placement, salary levels, or any specific career outcome.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD. Sales tax may be added at checkout based on your location. Installment payment options (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna) are provided by third-party services and subject to their own terms and eligibility requirements.
5. Access and Delivery
After payment, you will receive workspace access within 72 hours (or within 6–12 hours if you purchased Priority Onboarding). Your 30-day access window begins when you receive your workspace access link. Access is personal and non-transferable.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate provisioning of AI resources, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your workspace, contact support@certified.llc within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or extend your access window.
7. Intellectual Property
The governance frameworks, canonical libraries, AI agent configurations, and training methodology are proprietary to Certified, LLC and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create within your portfolio. You may use your completed portfolio, certificate, and executive deck for personal and professional purposes including job applications, client proposals, and presentations.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not share, resell, or redistribute your workspace access. You may not use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI agent configurations or governance content libraries.
9. Data and Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Anonymized and aggregated data from completed portfolios may be used to improve the platform and for research purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certified, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Certified Zone. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
